How do I create an account?

Creating a Dermapro customer account allows you to get through your checkout process at ease by storing your billing and shipping information so that you do not have to enter it every time you place an order. How can I recover/change my password?

Do I need to set up an account to place an order?

No, but by setting up an account, you become a Dermapro VIP member and have access to a previous order, shipping information, and points and rewards. You will also get added to the email list for exclusive updates in the future.

Where can I track my order?

You will receive a Confirmation email once your order is shipped. In the email, you will have access to your tracking number as well as the link to track it. Or you can add your tracking number here.

What is the cost of shipping?

We offer complimentary shipping on all orders. A complimentary Priority upgrade will apply to all orders $75.00 or more.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Expedited shipping options are available for an additional fee depending on your location! Upon request, ground shipping (orders $74.99 or less) may upgrade to a Priority service for $6.99. Additionally, FedEx Express delivery with real-time rates is available as an option at checkout.

How long does shipping take? When will I get my order?

Here at DermaPro, we take pride in our fast, reliable shipping methods to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Please note, the processing time is not included in this delivery spread. USPS Priority 1-5 Day Shipping is typically delivered within 1-5 days from processing. Ground shipping generally is delivered 5-10 days from processing. If you have any questions about the expected delivery date of an order that has already shipped, please refer back to your tracking number, contact the United States Postal Service first by calling 1-877-747-6249 or visit them online at usps.com.

Tracking says my order has been delivered, but I have not received it?

We take every effort to make sure your order is processed within the stated processing time frame. Although out of our control, once the carrier is in receipt of your package, our recommendation to you is to verify with the carrier the delivery date and location. Where is my confirmation email?

Do you ship internationally?

Dermapro.com currently only ships within the United States Territory. Shipping also includes Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, and the Minor Outlying Islands.

Are the products tested on animals?

No, the products we sell are not tested on animals.

Do the products have expiration dates?

Because a system of natural preservatives is used, the shelf life of the average Eminence product is 12 months.

Is your plastic packaging safe?

Yes. All of our plastics are BPA free.

Can I use the products while pregnant/nursing?

It's recommended that pregnant customers check with their healthcare provider before introducing your skin to any product. It is generally recommended that stimulating products should be avoided, as women may find that their skin is more sensitive during pregnancy.

What is a stimulating (HOT) mask?

Stimulating products contain paprika and/or nettle, which intentionally create a tingling or "hot" feeling on your skin. The circulatory system responds to these treatments by bringing fresh blood flow to the surface of the skin. As circulation increases, it encourages the natural cell turnover in the skin while creating a detoxifying and oxygenated environment, leaving the skin toned, firmed, and bright.

Can I cancel my order?

When an order is placed on Dermapro.com, we do our best to process your order immediately to ensure fast delivery. Once submitted, We’re unable to cancel or change an order.

How can I exchange a product?

Begin your exchange by filling out the required return form here on the Returns & Exchanges page. Be sure to include your name, order number, the name of the item(s) being returned and the reason for return in your request. We will provide a pre-paid shipping label upon request for $6.99. This amount will be reduced from the total cost of the return. Please read the full return policy before submitting your request to ensure that you are eligible for a refund, store credit, or exchange.

What do I do if I receive damaged products?

Although not common, your box and/or product damage may be caused by handling during transportation. Please have photos of the product available to submit pictures of the damage to info@dermapro.com.
